With several years of experience developing and maintaining partnerships in commercial and not-for-profit industries, she specializes in developing strategic partnerships for organizations to advance their mission and values while expanding their reach into new communities and business channels. As the US Business Development Manager, Crystal manages and promotes B2B relationships and publisher associations and provides overall strategic direction and execution of IngramSpark growth of author services and offerings. Crystal received her bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, three bonus children, and her Yorkipoo Phife.
