Laura Stanfill is the publisher of Forest Avenue Press and a freelance metadata consultant for distributed presses. She's the author of IMAGINE A DOOR: A Writer's Guide to Unlocking Your Story, Choosing a Publishing Path, and Honoring the Creative Journey, out April 2025 from Forest Avenue. Laura won the inaugural IBPA scholarship to the Yale Publishing Course in 2018 and her press is a two-time winner of an Oregon Literary Fellowship.
