Brooke is the Operations Manager at BISG, where she focuses on member engagement through BISG's committees and working groups, driving positive change across the publishing industry. With a diverse background in editing, acquisitions, project management, bookselling, and marketing, Brooke has held roles at Audible, Guilford Press, and Pediment Publishing since earning her MS in Book Publishing from Portland State University in 2015.
In addition to her role at BISG, Brooke serves on
IBPA's Legislation and Standards Committee. Based in Brooklyn, she enjoys exploring the many parks, museums, and purveyors of caffeinated beverages New York City has to offer. An avid hiker and kayaker, she has an enduring soft spot for the works of JRR Tolkien, Becky Chambers, and Nicola Griffith.
